Corcoran Premier Realty is Hiring an Administrative Coordinator Near Windermere, FL

Full Job Description:

*This is not a remote position.

Corcoran Premier Realty, one of Central Florida’s top boutique real estate firms, is seeking an experienced Office Coordinator to join our team.

This is a part-time (25-30 hours per week) position that involves administrative responsibilities for multiple companies within the real estate industry.

We are seeking an organized and detail-oriented Administrative Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide essential support to our office operations, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness in daily tasks.

The ideal candidate will have:

  • 2 years of administrative experience
  • Real estate license preferred but not required
  • Experience in Microsoft Excel
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Exceptional organizational skills
  • Exceptional multi-tasking skills
  • Willingness to learn new tasks
  • Ability to take initiative
  • Very strong technology skills
  • Ability to be trained and to train in technology are a must
  • Ability to master industry software systems

Responsibilities (not limited to):

Assist with new agent onboarding

Assist with ordering new agent materials (business cards, etc.)

Keep track of office supplies/ordering office supplies

Cover phone calls

Facilitate agent inquires to the proper person

Guide agents in the use of Corcoran platforms

Assist with office meetings

Schedules appointments

IT liaison

Data entry

Vendor management

Bank Reconciliations

Permitting

Ability to lift 20-30 pounds

Job Type:

· Part-Time (25-30 hours per week)

Pay:

· $20.00-$25.00 per hour based on applicant's experience and qualifications

Benefits:

  • Monday to Friday
  • Day shift
  • Possible hours after outside schedule as needed

Ability to commute/relocate:

· Office located in Windermere, FL 34787. Employee must be able to reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (Required)

Work Location: In-person.

Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 25 – 30 per week

Schedule:

  • 4 hour shift
  • 8 hour shift
  • Monday to Friday

Experience:

  • Administrative Support: 2 years (Required)

License/Certification:

  • Real Estate License (Preferred)
  • Certified Notary Public (Required)

Ability to Relocate:

  • Windermere, FL 34786: Relocate before starting work (Required)
