Interventionist

We are seeking a dedicated Interventionist who is passionate about helping students succeed academically. As an Interventionist, you will play a crucial role in providing targeted support to students who are struggling with their learning. You will work closely with teachers, parents, and other educational professionals to develop individualized intervention plans that address each student's specific needs.

Duties:
- Provide academic support and intervention to students in need
- Collaborate with teachers and parents to develop individualized intervention plans
- Conduct assessments to identify areas of improvement and monitor progress
- Implement evidence-based instructional strategies to address learning gaps
- Adapt teaching methods and materials to meet the unique needs of each student
- Track and analyze student data to inform instructional decisions
- Maintain accurate records of interventions and student progress

Skills:
- Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with teachers, parents, and students
- Ability to develop and implement curriculum for targeted interventions
- Familiarity with various assessment tools and data analysis techniques
- Experience working with children in an educational or childcare setting
- Excellent written communication skills for documenting interventions and progress reports
