With offices across North Carolina, the LPN position is responsible for assessing and triaging patient concerns and conditions to establish the appropriate level of care required to safely meet the patient's medical needs. The LPN will utilize all resources and guidelines to effectively assess, prioritize and escalate calls when necessary to the appropriate provider. This role is performed from an office setting and must maintain patient confidentiality at all times including appropriate use of cell phone, email, text messaging, patient records, and EMR.
