Summary: Conducts administrative support functions for Business Development. Overall responsibility for coordination of billing, collections and payer source management.
Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
1. Responsible for overall administrative support for business development
2. Responsible for the billing and collections processes and policies and procedures
3. Facilitates credentialing for organization with insurance providers
4. Provides information for grant funding and reporting requirements
5. Oversees quality assurance and ensures all quality tasks are completed
6. Point of contact with billing provider and responsible for insurance, contracts, and billing practices
7. Ensuring organizational goals are met for program revenues
8. Responsible for all service delivery fiscal productivity reports
9. Build meaningful and lasting relationships with all licensing and paying vendors that leave the organization in good stead
10. Interfaces with clinical team
11. In absence of Intake clerk and receptionist, provide back up as needed
12. Performs tasks to support the administrative efforts of the organization as assigned.

Computer Skills: To perform this job successfully, an individual should have knowledge of Microsoft Office.
Special Training: Electronic medical records, Coding.
Education/Experience: Bachelor’s degree(B.A./B.S.) or equivalent from four-year college preferred; and four years related experience and/or training.
