Responsibilities:

- Oversee and manage all aspects of the construction project from start to finish

- Develop and implement project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation

- Coordinate and communicate with subcontractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders

- Ensure compliance with building codes, safety regulations, and quality standards

- Monitor project progress and make adjustments as necessary to ensure timely completion

- Conduct regular site inspections to identify any issues or potential risks

- Manage and resolve any conflicts or disputes that may arise during the construction process

- Provide regular updates to senior management on project status and performance

Skills:

- Strong knowledge of construction estimating and cost control principles

- Experience with a variety of construction techniques, including roofing, siding, window installations and exterior insurance restoration

- Excellent customer service skills

- Responsible for collections

- Oversee project management

- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically in high-pressure situations

- Strong organizational and time management skills to effectively prioritize tasks

- Ability to work independently as well as collaborate with a team
