Paint Booth/Finish Goods Supervisor
Big Tex Trailers is searching for a Paint and Finish supervisor in the Caldwell, ID plant. The Paint Booth Supervisor will be responsible for production line operational goals as follows:
Daily Responsibilities:
-
Start-up and shut-down of paint booths and related equipment.

Daily/weekly reporting of paint, waste and manometer readings.

Order supplies in a timely manner for both departmental and employee needs.

Schedules and monitors paint employees to instill consistency, quality and encourage overall production goals.

Partner with production managers to schedule upcoming paint runs.

Work in conjunction with maintenance to ensure all equipment is operational and PM’s are completed in a timely manner.

Actively participates in daily management meetings.
Qualifications
- 5 years of paint booth operations.

Employee management and mentoring skills a must.

Must be computer literate.
