Responsibilities: - Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner - Check guests in and out of the hotel, ensuring accuracy of information and providing necessary assistance - Answer phone calls and respond to guest inquiries, providing information about hotel services, amenities, and local attractions - Handle guest requests and complaints promptly and effectively, ensuring guest satisfaction - Assist with reservations and room assignments, ensuring accuracy of bookings - Process payments and maintain accurate records of guest transactions - Maintain a clean and organized front desk area - Collaborate with other hotel departments to ensure seamless guest experiences Skills: - Strong hospitality skills with a genuine desire to provide excellent customer service - Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills - Knowledge of hotel operations and guest relations - Proficiency in hotel management software systems (e.g., property management systems) - Ability to handle difficult situations with professionalism and patience - Familiarity with front desk procedures, including night audit processes - Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively - Fluency in multiple languages is a plus This position offers an opportunity to work in a dynamic hospitality environment, interacting with guests from diverse backgrounds.
