Actalent is Hiring a Construction Project Manager Near Willowbrook, IL
Description:
- Supporting the project team on overall project requirements
- Managing subcontractors, coordinating and ensuring a high level of communication with subcontractors and trade partners
- Developing scopes of work, soliciting bids, and conducting reviews, as well as negotiating subcontracts
- Preparing project reports, cost reports, monthly reports, and schedule updates as needed
- Reviewing the processing of submittals, pay applications, and other relevant project documentation
- Client communication on an as needed basis to communicate any issues, ensuring client satisfaction
- Responsible for overall project schedules, work with all parties involved with project to prevent delays
Additional Skills & Qualifications:
- Construction Management or Engineering Degree required
- Masters in Construction Management
- OSHA 30
- MS Project/Suite required
- Experience with project size in upwards of $15 million in addition to ground up projects required
- Procore/CMiC field knowledge
