Position Overview: The Production Manager will oversee all aspects of the production process, ensuring efficient and high-quality manufacturing of screen-printed products. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in manufacturing production management with a focus on automation. While experience in the screen printing industry is a plus, it is not required. This role requires a hands-on leader who can drive continuous improvement and operational excellence. The Production Manager will play a crucial role in helping the company reach the next level in production, increasing both production capacity and profits.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily production operations to ensure efficient and timely manufacturing of screen-printed products.
• Lead and manage production teams, providing guidance, support, and development to achieve production targets and maintain high standards of quality.
• Implement and optimize production schedules, workflows, and processes to maximize efficiency and minimize downtime.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance production processes, reduce waste, and improve overall operational performance.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in a production management role within the manufacturing industry.
• Strong background in leading automation and production operations.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire teams.
• In-depth knowledge of manufacturing processes and industry standards.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with a strategic mindset and attention to detail.
• Bachelor's degree in engineering, manufacturing, or a related field is a plus but not required.
• Experience in screen printing is a plus, but not required.
