Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Carpenter/Laborer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in various carpentry tasks and general labor duties.

Responsibilities:
- Perform water damage restoration and repair work
- Conduct metal stud framing and plumb walls accurately
- Execute frame carpentry tasks with precision
- Utilize power tools for cutting, shaping, and finishing materials
- Install fixtures, cabinetry, doors, windows, and hardware
- Assist in construction estimating for projects
- Assemble and construct structures following blueprints or verbal instructions
- Participate in remodeling projects including demolition and reconstruction
- Execute trim carpentry work to enhance the aesthetics of finished projects

Skills:
- Experience in metal stud framing and wall plumbing
- Strong knowledge of frame carpentry methods
- Competence in using various power tools effectively
- Ability to perform accurate installations of fixtures and hardware
- Familiarity with construction estimating practices
- Skill in assembling structures based on specifications
- Proficiency in remodeling tasks including demolition and reconstruction
- Expertise in trim carpentry for finishing touches
