Job Title: Apartment Maintenance Technician

Responsibilities:

• Perform routine maintenance and repairs on electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and mechanical systems within the apartment complex.
• Address resident maintenance requests promptly and efficiently, resolving issues with utmost professionalism and courtesy.
• Conduct regular inspections of buildings, grounds, and equipment to identify potential maintenance needs and safety hazards.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment, ensuring tools and equipment are properly stored and maintained.
• Assist in the preparation of vacant apartments for new residents, including painting, cleaning, and minor repairs.
• Conduct preventative maintenance tasks to prolong the lifespan of equipment and improve overall property functionality.
• Collaborate with property management and leasing teams to ensure resident satisfaction and uphold a positive community atmosphere.
• Respond to emergency maintenance calls during non-business hours when required.
• Adhere to safety protocols and regulations while performing all maintenance activities.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Proven experience in apartment or residential maintenance (preferred).
• Proficiency in basic carpentry, plumbing, electrical, and HVAC systems.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on providing exceptional customer service to residents.
