Job Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented Fleet assistant to join The Sun Kool Team. The ideal candidate will have experience in auto brake repair, tire service, equipment repair, and heavy equipment operation. Experience with industrial equipment and electrical systems is a plus.

Duties:
- Assist in brake repairs and tire services
- Support with equipment repair and maintenance
- Assist in aligning and suspending vehicles
- Review schematics for equipment repairs
- Collaborate with the team on dealership tasks

Experience:
- Previous experience in brake repair, tire service, and equipment repair required
- Familiarity with heavy equipment operation
- Knowledge of industrial equipment and electrical systems is advantageous

Requirements:
- Ability to work well in a team environment
- Strong attention to detail
- Willingness to learn and take direction
- Physical ability to lift heavy objects and stand for extended periods and in the elements
