Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Controller to oversee all aspects of financial management, including accounting, financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in financial acumen and technical accounting to ensure the company's financial health and compliance.

Responsibilities:

- Manage all accounting operations including billing, accounts receivable, accounts payable, and general ledger
- Prepare and publish timely monthly financial statements
- Coordinate the preparation of regulatory reporting
- Research technical accounting issues for compliance
- Support month-end and year-end close process
- Ensure quality control over financial transactions and financial reporting
- Develop and document business processes and accounting policies to maintain and strengthen internal controls
