KMS, LLC, a leading full-service wholesale distributor with over four decades in the industry, is seeking a strategic and experienced Senior Director of Warehouse Operations to lead our warehousing and distribution efforts. Responsibilities

· Provide strategic direction and leadership for multiple warehouse operations, ensuring alignment with KMS's overall business goals.

· Oversee the development and implementation of operational policies and procedures to maximize efficiency and effectiveness across all warehouse functions.

· Monitor key performance indicators across all warehouses, including inventory levels, order fulfillment, delivery times, transport costs, and logistics performance, to drive business decisions and improvements.

· Lead and mentor warehouse management teams, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and personal development.

· Ensure compliance with health and safety standards across all operations, maintaining a secure and efficient working environment.

· Champion the integration and optimization of cutting-edge warehousing technologies and ERP systems, particularly Infor, to streamline operations and enhance service delivery.

· Develop and manage budgetary commitments, including cost control measures, to align with the financial strategies of the company.

· Report directly to executive leadership on operational performance and strategic initiatives, advising on long-term operational planning.

Requirements

· Extensive experience in a senior warehouse management or directorial role within a wholesale or similar complex logistics environment.

· Demonstrated ability to develop and execute strategic plans that align with business objectives.

· Strong leadership capabilities with experience in managing diverse and large teams.

· Advanced problem-solving skills with a proven ability to oversee multiple components of a large-scale operation.

· Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends, and travel between warehouse sites as required.

· Advanced proficiency in logistics software, with a preference for candidates with extensive experience in Infor ERP.
