Cardiovascular Consultants of Kansas, P.A. is looking for Cardiac Monitor Technician to join our busy cardiology clinic. As an EKG/Monitoring Tech, you will be responsible for performing electrocardiogram (EKG) tests, analyzing cardiac rhythms, applying cardiac monitors such as CAM, Holter, Event etc., The ideal candidate possess strong multitasking abilities, attention to detail, and a commitment to delivering high-quality service to our patients. Monday- Friday, no weekends or holidays!

Duties:

• Perform diagnostic evaluations of patients using electrocardiogram (ECG) equipment
• Prepare patients for ECG procedures, including explaining the process and ensuring patient comfort
• Operate and maintain ECG equipment, ensuring accuracy and reliability of readings
• Maintain accurate records of patient information, test results, and other relevant data
• Collaborate with medical professionals to interpret ECG results and provide accurate reports

Requirements:

• Strong anatomy and physiology knowledge, particularly related to the cardiovascular system
• Proficient in diagnostic evaluation techniques using ECG equipment
• Familiarity with medical terminology related to cardiology
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to accurately interpret ECG readings
• Ability to communicate effectively with patients and medical staff
• Strong organizational skills to maintain accurate records and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
