Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced EEC certified Teachers to join our team. As a Teacher, you will play a vital role in shaping the minds and future of young children. If you have a strong background in child development, experience working with children, and a passion for education, we encourage you to apply.
Responsibilities:
- Create and Implement engaging lesson plans that align with MA curriculum standards
-Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment
-Provide individualized instruction to meet the diverse needs of students
-Utilize effective classroom management techniques to promote a safe and productive learning environment
-Implement positive behavior management strategies to promote success in children with challenging behaviors
Experience:
- Proven experience working with children, preferably in an educational setting
- Knowledge of childhood development principles and best practices
- Classroom management skills
Skills:
-Communication; both verbal and written
-Organization and attention to detail
-Ability to adapt teaching methods to meet the needs of individual children
-Patience and empathy
