Responsibilities of a HTS/Direct Care Professional/In-Home Caregiver include:

• Assist clients with day to day living
• Transporting clients to and from appointments and activities
• Communicate with the team regarding client care

Other activities of the Direct Care HTS/in-home Caregiver are aimed at building life skills such as community involvement, activity development, and training in social interaction.
COVID-19 considerations:
To keep our staff and clients safe during COVID-19 outbreaks, we have implemented a protocol for all staff to follow. A copy is available at office. During high transmission rates locally we follow our protocol by hand washing, sanitizing common areas, wearing face masks, taking temperature, social distancing etc.
