Beyonder is searching for a highly motivated and experienced
Controller to join our growing team. In this vital role, you will play
a key leadership role in overseeing all aspects of our financial
accounting function.
Responsibilities
- Financial Reporting: Ensure the accuracy and timeliness of
sheets, and cash flow statements, in accordance with GAAP
or IFRS.
- Financial Planning & Analysis: Develop and maintain the
variance analyses to support informed decision-making.
- Internal Controls: Establish and maintain a robust system
integrity.
- Compliance: Maintain adherence to all relevant financial
- Account Management: Oversee accounts payable and
collections.
- Team Leadership: Provide guidance and support to the
environment.
- Communication & Collaboration: Effectively communicate
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or a related field (CPA
- Minimum 5 years of experience as a Controller or similar
- Proven track record of success in financial reporting,
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership
- Proficiency in accounting software and financial modeling
