Impact Solutions is Hiring a Clinical Manager Near Westwood, MA
As a Clinical Manager, you will have the ability to work at the top of your licensure while working one-on-one with your clients to provide them with customized care. Under the guidance of your physician, you will develop plans of care and utilize nursing theories, skills, and techniques to provide quality care to your clients on a daily basis.
Clinical Manager Responsibilities
- Supervise day-to-day clinical and office operations. Coach and mentor Field Clinicians.
- Perform clinical supervision of patient care consistent with scientific principles and agency policy and procedures.
- Utilize the agency’s clinical software solution to plan, coordinate, and deliver patient care.
- Ensure services are in compliance with professional standards, state and federal regulatory requirements.
- Comply with applicable legal requirements, standards, policies and procedures including, but not limited to the Compliance Program: Code of Conduct, HIPAA and Documentation Standards.
- Maintain a commitment to the values and mission of the company.
- Bachelor’s degree or higher, preferred, in nursing with current licensure to practice nursing in the state of agency operation
- Minimum three (3) years’ experience, within the last five (5) years, in a home health agency with at least one (1) year of which was in a supervisory or administrative role; Prior use of Electronic Medical Records (EMRs) preferred
- Must possess and maintain valid CPR certification while employed in a clinical role
- Must be a licensed driver with an automobile that is insured and in accordance with the state and/or organization requirements and is good working order
