As the Vice President of Marketing at PrimoHoagies, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategic marketing plans that drive brand awareness, customer engagement, and sales growth. This is a senior leadership role that requires a visionary leader with a deep understanding of the food service industry and the quick-service restaurant segment.Key Responsibilities:Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to support brand growth and business objectives.Lead the marketing team in creating and executing integrated marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including digital, social media, email, and traditional media.Oversee local store marketing initiatives, working closely with franchisees to ensure consistent brand messaging and effective promotional activities.Analyze market trends, consumer behavior, and competitive landscape to identify opportunities and inform strategic decisions.Utilize data and analytics to measure marketing effectiveness and optimize performance.Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Operations, Development, and Finance, to align marketing efforts with overall business goals.Manage the marketing budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources to maximize ROI.Represent the brand at industry events, trade shows, and other promotional activities.Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (MBA preferred).Minimum of 10 years of marketing experience, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role within the food service or quick-service restaurant industry.Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing strategies and campaigns.Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a diverse team.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.Proficiency in digital marketing, social media, and marketing analytics tools.Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing business needs.What We Offer:Competitive salaryComprehensive benefits packageOpportunities for professional growth and developmentA collaborative and supportive work environmentThe chance to make a significant impact on a growing brand
