For over 30 years, we’ve specialized in residential and commercial disaster cleanup which includes water extractions and drying services, demolition, fire damage cleanup, mold remediation, carpet and upholstery cleaning, cleaning of air ducts, hoarding, trauma, and biohazard cleanup, and more. As we continue to grow, we are seeking a proactive and organized Office Administrator to join our team and support our daily operations in our Westerly, Rhode Island office.

Job Overview: We are looking for a highly skilled Office Administrator to ensure the smooth running of our office operations. The ideal candidate will be a self-starter with excellent communication and organizational skills, capable of managing multiple tasks efficiently, and the ability to work independently. The Office Administrator will play a crucial role in coordinating office activities, maintaining administrative systems, and providing support to employees.

Responsibilities:

  • Handle incoming calls in a kind and professional manner; as well as responding to email correspondence promptly and professionally.
  • Management of Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable.
  • Coordinate and schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for staff.
  • Assist in the preparation of reports, presentations, and other documents as needed.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as legal regulations.
  • Assist with special projects and events as needed.
  • Maintain office supplies and cleanliness of office.

Qualifications:

  • Experience as an Office Administrator or similar role.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
  • Experience with Quick Books.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong organizational and time-management abilities, with the ability to prioritize tasks.
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Knowledge of basic HR practices and procedures.

Hours: Mon-Fri 8am-4:30pm

Background Check Required

Competitive salary commensurate with experience

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 32 – 40 per week
