Overview:

We are seeking a skilled real estate Legal Secretary/Paralegal to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide administrative support to lawyers and enhance office effectiveness.

Duties:

- Assist attorneys with legal administrative tasks such as drafting legal documents, and correspondence.
- Perform data entry, filing and mail duties.
- Proofread legal documents for accuracy and completeness.
- Depending on experience, some closing doc preparation and/or post-closing matters.

Requirements:

- Proven experience as a Legal Secretary/Paralegal or similar role in a law firm.
- Proficiency in real estate terminology and procedures.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize work.
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail in all tasks performed.
