Hiring Entry Level Collections Representatives for a Debt Collections Agency in West Valley City, Utah! The team is interested in candidates with Customer Service or Collections experience.

Description :

• Collections representatives will be responsible for working with customers to collect on accounts.
• Its an even playing field, the more accounts you resolve, the more accounts you get.
• They have about 1000 clients, 50 regulars and 10 big accounts. Some of the big companies are utilities companies and hospitals.
• They operate off of a queue of accounts, if they land 2000 clients for one account, they'll get spread among the group equally.
• They have direct lines so they are able to get call backs and build relationships with clients.

Additional Skills & Qualifications :

• Is comfortable using dual monitors and multi-tasking (talking up on the phone and taking notes in internal systems at the same time)
• Needs to have strong attendance, and punctuality.
• Express prides themselves in being customer service oriented and their willingness to work with their customers.
