Founded in 2007, Advanced Gases & Equipment, Inc. serves the greater Sacramento area from three facilities in West Sacramento, Placerville and Jackson. Our diverse customer base represents various industries, including metal fabrication, construction, wineries and agriculture. We are committed to providing our customers with the best welding supplies and industrial gas solutions in California.
We are seeking an experienced Territory Manager to service our customers and grow our business. The chosen candidate will be a personable, self-motivated competitor that possesses a proven track record of success. The Territory Manager will be responsible for generating sales within an assigned territory.

Essential Functions
Develops new business and maintain existing business by building and sustaining strong, trusting relationships with customers and prospects
Cold calls (onsite & phone) potential targets
Responsible for gross profit improvement
Plans and organizes activities and resources so that sales goals are consistently met or exceeded
Prepares and executes Business Plan for targeted customer segments
Secures long term relationships by negotiating product supply agreements
Accountable for providing complete and accurate account set-up and pricing data
Maintain list of target accounts by generating and qualifying new business leads
Conducts competitive intelligence
Demonstrates products to new account customers
Manages territory budget
Other duties as assigned
Basic Required Qualification
High School/GED
Five (5) years outside sales experience
Proficient with MS Office – Excel, Word & PowerPoint
Excellent interpersonal, communication and presentation skills
Clean driving record
Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree
Industrial, medical or specialty gas experience
