Duties:
- Perform routine maintenance tasks such as repairing and replacing fixtures, painting, and cleaning. Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Conduct inspections to identify maintenance needs and report them to the appropriate personnel.
- Assist with the setup and breakdown of events or meetings.
- Ensure that all common areas are clean, safe, and well-maintained.
- Respond promptly to maintenance requests from residents or staff members.
- Maintain inventory of supplies and equipment needed for maintenance tasks.
- Follow all safety protocols and guidelines when performing maintenance duties.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in facilities maintenance or a related field is preferred.
- Knowledge of basic mechanical and electrical systems.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Basic English language proficiency required.
Salary commensurate with experience.
