We are looking for a Payroll Administrator to help our H.R. department carry out all payroll procedures with speed and accuracy. Come join our team in our brand-new corporate office in West Hills, Ca.

Responsibilities and duties:

• Collect and verify timekeeping information for all employees
• Review and audit timecards
• Efficiently process payroll by ensuring that we are complying with federal and state wage and hour laws. Prepare and transmit bi-weekly payroll
• Ensure employee payroll is processed accurately and timely
• Process garnishments and wage orders
• Update employee records with new hire information and/or changes in employment status
• Provides payroll information by answering questions and requests.
• Process employees’ inquiries and respond in a timely manner.
• Stay up-to-date and comply with changes in payroll and labor legislation.
• Assists with processing terminations, when needed.
• Maintain employee confidence and protect payroll operations by keeping information confidential.

Requirements:

· Minimum of 2 year of experience within payroll departments in providing support for payroll

• Experience using ADP or other very similar payroll system (Highly Preferred)
• Strong attention to detail required
• Strong computer skills in MS Office (Outlook, Excel, and Word)
• Strong verbal/written communication skills
• Previous experience in Human Resources or related
• General knowledge of labor and employment laws
• Good problem-solving abilities
• Data Entry Skills
• Sense of urgency

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $23.00 - $27.00 per hour
