Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will provide compassionate and high-quality care to patients in various healthcare settings.

Minimum Requirements

1. Accredited school of nursing graduate with a current California State Board of Nursing Registered Nurse License required.

2. Minimum one (1) or more years’ experience as a Registered Nurse required

3. Experience in an ambulatory care environment i.e., clinic or Urgent Care preferred.

4. Current BLS certification required.

Duties:
- Conduct patient assessments and develop individualized care plans
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians
- Monitor patient vital signs and symptoms, and report any changes to the healthcare team
- Assist with medical procedures such as medical imaging, specimen collection processing, and sterile processing
- Provide patient education on health conditions and treatment plans
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams to ensure comprehensive patient care
- Utilize medical terminology effectively in documentation and communication

Qualifications:
- Valid RN license in the state of practice
- Experience in administering injections, airway management, and working with individuals with developmental disabilities, dementia care, geriatrics, and assisted living
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Excellent communication skills with patients, families, and healthcare professionals
- Ability to prioritize tasks efficiently and adapt to changing environments
