Training will be at least 2 weeks prior to opening.

Responsibilities:
- Prepare and cook food according to recipes, quality standards, presentation standards, and food preparation checklist
- Ensure that all food is prepared in a safe and sanitary manner
- Adhere to all relevant health department regulations and guidelines
- Monitor food stock and communicate any shortages or discrepancies to the supervisor
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure smooth operation of the kitchen

Experience:
- Previous experience as a cook in a restaurant or similar setting
- Knowledge of food safety practices and procedures
- Familiarity with dietary department operations and regulations
- Proficiency in using various kitchen tools, including knives and other cutting utensils
- Experience in catering or large-scale food preparation is a plus
- Strong understanding of food service principles and techniques
