Roman Electric is Hiring a Marketing Specialist Near West, WI

Job SummaryWe are looking for a dynamic Marketing Specialist to join our team and spearhead our marketing initiatives. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive marketing strategies to promote our Residential Home Services (Electrical, Plumbing and HVAC) and Commercial Services (Plumbing and Electrical) Clients. From digital marketing campaigns to traditional advertising methods, the Marketing Specialist will play a crucial role in enhancing brand awareness, generating leads, and ultimately driving business growth. Additionally, this role will support internal content creation and portfolio management efforts.
Essential Duties And Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute strategic marketing plans to promote Roman Electric Co., Inc.'s services across various channels, including digital, social media, print, and events.
  • Create engaging content for marketing materials, including website content, blog posts, social media posts, email newsletters, advertising campaigns and proposal documents.
  • Manage Roman Electric Co., Inc.'s online presence, including website maintenance, SEO optimization, and social media management (Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram, etc.).
  • Collaborate with the sales team to develop sales support materials, such as brochures, presentations, and case studies, to assist in lead generation and conversion.
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement in our marketing strategies.
  • Plan and coordinate promotional events, trade shows, and community outreach initiatives to increase brand visibility and engagement within the local community.
  • Monitor and analyze key performance metrics to measure the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and initiatives and make data-driven recommendations for optimization.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in marketing, and leverage this knowledge to continuously innovate and improve our marketing efforts.
  • Update Project Portfolios and the website regularly with current projects.
    • Photos, Projects descriptions, Customer testimonials.
  • Coordinate with multiple departments to publish a quarterly Employee Newsletter.
  • Assist Commercial Project Managers in large project proposal content/design.
    • Create portfolios of past large jobs.
Skills And Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or related program or equivalent experience.
  • 5 years of experience in marketing, preferably in the Construction or Home Services industry.
  • Proven track record of developing and implementing successful marketing campaigns and strategies - Must provide a portfolio of past work.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create compelling content for various marketing channels.
  • Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms, including Google Analytics, SEO tools, social media management tools, and email marketing software.
  • Creative thinking and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment while adapting to changing deadlines and priorities.
Physical Demands
  • The ability to operate standard office equipment, computers, and keyboards.
  • The ability to alternate between sitting and standing is available while working at a desk.
  • Must occasionally lift up to 25 pounds.
  • Specific conditions of this job are typical of frequent and continuous computer-based work requiring periods of sitting, close vision, and ability to adjust focus.
