James Imaging Systems is searching for a unique talent to join their team and take the company’s marketing efforts to the next level! We are looking for a go-getter who has an intense passion for marketing and an unmatched work ethic.

In this position, you will play a pivotal role in aiding James Imaging Systems’ staff in creating compelling and effective marketing collateral. You will work hand-in-hand with the head of our sales department, as you coordinate and lead our staff of creatives to deliver timely print and digital materials for internal and external use. In addition, you will oversee the company’s Google AdWords account and make necessary modifications to maximize the company’s return.

This individual will also be tasked with improving numerous marketing metrics and reporting the status of these metrics to senior staff members on a weekly basis.

This position will be required to work in-office in Brookfield, WI.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Develop professional marketing collateral that follows and meets the expectations of the company’s branding guidelines
• Develop and execute comprehensive marketing plans and programs (both short and long-term strategies) to support the company and meet revenue objectives
• Produce and implement marketing calendar, per discussed strategy
• Vet incoming opportunities from sources and provide recommendations
• Oversee a marketing budget to maximize ROAS
• Take ownership of an advanced inbound marketing strategy that generates consistent leads on a weekly basis Achieve KPI’s for this position
• Constantly manage Google AdWords and be able to report on key metrics in both Google AdWords and Google Analytics
• Hold weekly meetings with senior leaders to assure each department’s marketing needs are satisfied in a timely manner
• Oversee all content on the company’s website. Make changes, as needed
• Develop all email marketing content and take full ownership of our email marketing calendar

Qualifications:

• 2-3 years of experience managing Google AdWords campaigns

• 2-4 years of experience managing digital and print marketing campaigns

• A keen understanding of Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign. Knowledge and experience with After Effects and Premiere Pro is a plus

• Advanced knowledge of email marketing platforms and best practice

• Supreme organizational skills

• High attention to detail

• LinkedIn marketing experience is a plus

• Self-motivated and deadline oriented

• Professional demeanor
