Wellesley Country Club is Hiring a Bartender Near Wellesley Hills, MA
We are looking for an enthusiastic bartender with a great attitude to provide an excellent member hospitality experience. Great bartenders will be able to create classic and innovative drinks exceeding members’ needs and expectations. Compensation includes salary and tips.
Responsibilities
- Prepare alcohol or non-alcohol beverages for bar and restaurant patrons
- Engage with members, take orders and serve snacks and drinks
- Assess members’ needs and preferences and make recommendations
- Mix ingredients to prepare cocktails
- Plan and present bar menu
- Restock and replenish bar inventory and supplies
- Stay member focused and nurture an excellent guest experience
- Comply with all food and beverage regulations
Skills
- Positive attitude and excellent communication skills are a must
- Resume and proven working experience as a bartender
- Excellent knowledge of in mixing, garnishing and serving drinks
- Computer literacy
- Ability to keep the bar organized, stocked and clean
- Relevant training certificate
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $24.00 - $25.00 per hour
