Our Client is in search for a Recruiter/Talent Acquisition professional to help grow an industry leading financial planning company's local firm. The candidate should be up for a challenge and want to be part of building a culture. Recruiting, sales or financial services experience is preferred. The candidate should have a passion for working and building relationships in the community and wish to identify the next generation of advisor talent.
The role comes with a base salary plus bonus structure based on performance.
