St. Louis Print Company is primarily a screen printing company, that has just recently added embroidery to our facility
We are hoping that we can add some new individuals to help us grow
We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced embroidery machine operator to join our team. As an embroidery machine operator, you will play a crucial role in producing high-quality embroidered garments using various embroidery machines, including 2 ZSK (6 heads) and 1 (single) head. Your responsibilities will include; hooping, loading, and unloading garments onto the machines, finishing out garments after production, and ensuring the quality of the embroidery meets our standards.
Pay will depend on your level of experience***
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Follow our work orders & schedule.
- Operate and maintain embroidery machines, including loading new designs, changing threads, adjusting tensions, and troubleshooting technical issues.
- Hoop garments accurately and efficiently to ensure precise embroidery placement.
- Trim, fold, bag, and box embroidered garments to prepare them for shipping.
- Maintain a high level of attention to detail to ensure the quality and accuracy of the embroidery.
- Work collaboratively with the embroidery supervisor to address any production issues and communicate progress.
- Minimum of 1-year experience in operating embroidery machines.
- Must have the ability to distinguish between threads & colors accurately and consistently.
- Excellent attention to detail to ensure high-quality embroidery.
- Strong verbal communication skills and the ability to follow both written and verbal instructions.
- Physical ability to stand for extended periods (up to 8 hours a day), good vision, and full use of both hands.
- Safety- conscious and able to adhere to safety guidelines in a manufacturing environment.

- Weekly bonuses- we give weekly bonuses from $100 to $500 based on quotas and profitability which can equal an additional $2.50 to $12.50 per hour to your hourly pay.
- Up to 4 weeks paid vacation:
- 1 year = 1 week vacation.
- 2 years = 2 weeks’ vacation.
- 3 years = 3 weeks’ vacation.
- 10 years = 4 weeks’ vacation.
- Company-matched retirement- we match up to 3% of your yearly compensation that goes into your retirement account.

- Paid holidays- we take the following holidays off and pay you for them after 3 months of employment:
- Memorial day.
- 4th of July.
- Labor day.

- New years day.
- No mandatory overtime- Although we do allow overtime for some positions - which is paid at time and a half we do not require it.
- No nights, no weekends- We work a strict schedule from Monday – Friday, from 7 am- 3:30 pm. This allows our staff to have balance in their lives and to spend their nights and weekends with their families.
