Sherman-Stoltz Law Group, PLLC is Hiring a Legal Receptionist Near Waynesboro, VA

Overview:
Looking for a highly organized, motivated individual to join our extremely busy team in our Waynesboro office as a legal receptionist. You will be the first point of contact for most clients and potential clients and must maintain a friendly, respectful, and professional manner, even in the most stressful situations. You must have excellent phone etiquette and enjoy talking on the phone to be a candidate for this position! Fluency in English is required and fluency in Spanish is desired.

Duties:
Assisting with client intake; answering phone calls and emails; scheduling appointments; scanning and distributing mail and other documents; opening and closing client case files; and providing secretarial support to attorneys, paralegals, and other staff members to enhance office effectiveness while maintaining client confidentiality.

Requirements:

Excellent written and verbal communication.

Professional phone etiquette.

Outstanding organizational skills.

Strong computer skills with experience in Microsoft Office and Excel.

Detail oriented.

Ability to work independently with direction and instruction.

Salary is based on previous experience. Must be willing to sign a non-disclosure agreement. Paid vacation and 401k match. Vision and dental insurance available and company paid life insurance is provided.
