Responsibilities
- Manage service and usage contracts with vendors and lessees
- Analyze client intentions and needs and provide timely solutions
- Maintain active communication with other Operations Team Members to optimize cooperation
- Process inquiries according to SLA parameters
- Participate in conference calls with Customers (internal and external) and vendors to provide excellent customer service
- Manage meter read collection activities to ensure reporting accuracy
- Review and reconcile pass-through funding discrepancies
- Participate in testing events for new or updated system functionality
- Utilize Microsoft Excel for data entry and reporting
- Adhere to regulations and procedures for account reconciliation and collection processes
- Utilize Microsoft Word for documentation and invoice creation
