Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage a team of registered nurses and healthcare staff
- Develop and implement nursing care plans and protocols
- Provide direct patient care, including administering medications, performing procedures, and monitoring patient vital signs
- Conduct patient assessments and triage patients based on their medical needs
- Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient outcomes
- Maintain accurate medical records and documentation
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory standards and guidelines
- Provide education and training to nursing staff
Experience:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a registered nurse
- Experience in a medical office or hospital setting preferred
- Strong knowledge of spinal tap procedures, phlebotomy, and other clinical skills
- Familiarity with ICD-10 coding system for accurate diagnosis coding
Job Type: Contract
Pay: $41.00 - $50.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Evening shift
- Weekends as needed
