The Cobblestone Hotel of Wayne, NE is accepting applications for an energetic and motivated individual to join our Front Desk Team in the position of Weekend Night Auditor. If you consider yourself a night owl, hospitable, and a hard worker, you may be the right person for this position!

• We are seeking a candidate who is available:

Every Saturday from 10pm to 6am; and Sunday from 10pm to 6am. This is an overnight shift.

• If you have a passion for hospitality, love putting smiles on the faces of your guests, ready/willing to aid in cleaning of public areas and folding of guest laundry, this position is for you and we want YOU!

So what are some things you would do as a Night Auditor?

• Overall, our Night Auditor preps the hotel to start a new day!
• You'll launder linens and towels, fold everything, and stock the linens and towels into the proper places so everything is ready for the housekeeping department the next day. There will be lots of laundry on various days - come prepared to help the team knock this out! (If you dislike doing laundry, this may not be the right fit for you)
• While our guests are resting, you'll get the opportunity to do various public area cleaning tasks so when our guests wake up the next morning, they walk into freshly cleaned public areas.
• You'll be working a Saturday night, which tends to be a very busy evening with guests. So you'll want to be great with showing our guests exceptional service and have the fortitude to handle a variety of various issues that our guests may encounter.
• Every night our night auditor closes out our system for the previous business day, enters data into various forms, and issue out the data to the proper recipients. You'll want to have a general knowledge of computers, excel, and have a knack for accuracy and data processing.
• You'll also be responsible for breakfast stocking and preparation. Our Night Auditor is responsible for restocking all breakfast items, and getting breakfast ready to go for any early birds to come and enjoy a delicious breakfast.

Our Night Auditor position is not for the faint of heart, but nor is it difficult or unreasonable. Your mindset, time management, and self-motivation is key to succeeding in this position.
