Immediate need for a talented Product Quality Specialist (Technical Writing). This is a 12 Months contract opportunity with long-term potential and is located in Oak Creek, WI (Onsite).

Pay Range : $26.42 / hour. Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).

Key Requirements and Technology Experience :

Support repair refurbishment operations with product quality improvement projects.

The main deliverable will be technical documentation updates.

Candidate needs to be familiar with navigating engineering documentation systems (MyWorkshop), manufacturing documentation practices, Microsoft Office (particularly Word & Excel w / macros), and basic photo editing.

Candidate needs good interpersonal communication skills to work with technicians and support personnel within the operation.

Familiarity with client systems and packaging experience is desirable but is not required.

Engineering education or 2-3 years demonstrated technical writing experience.

This role reports to Quality Assurance organization and will mainly be working with the operations team with oversight from QA.
