What you will be doing:

  • Managing sales activities within assigned regions.
  • Developing and executing sales strategies.
  • Achieving sales targets and building and maintaining relationships with customers.
  • Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams.
  • Preparing sales reports and forecasts.

Experience you will need:

  • Sales and business development experience, including identifying and pursuing new business opportunities.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills for relationship management with customers.
  • Experience in sales team management and collaboration with cross-functional teams.
  • Ability to analyze market trends and develop and execute sales strategies.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or related field.
  • Experience in the packaging industry is preferred.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
