Position Purpose

Responsibilities include providing insight and recommendations to ProActive Solutions USA and ProCleaning Solutions USA clients regarding establishing a clean environment for producing and packaging food safe and high-quality products. Ensures internal policies and customer sanitation programs meet relevant food safety standards and associated regulatory requirements.

Essential Functions

• Evaluate sanitation and operational practices for current and prospective customers.
• Evaluate procedures, facilities, and equipment by conducting inspections to identify areas of concern and to suggest and help with the implementation of solutions.
• Review reports and other data sources to determine areas of concern within the plant and determine solutions.
• Apply performance improvement expertise in support of the clients need to perform operational effectiveness.
• Foster a systematic approach to process design, including appropriate performance measures, so processes meet key requirements.
• Identifies and facilitates the use of appropriate improvement tools and techniques to ensure optimal improvement results.
• Work collaboratively and maintain effective working relationships with Sales, Marketing, Operations, Technical Support, and Customers.
• Provide technical support when troubleshooting on equipment, chemical and microbiological issues
• Lead and perform sanitation, food safety and quality audits at assigned locations
• Responsible for understanding the complete line of chemicals and equipment offered
• Other duties as assigned

Education/Experience

• Bachelor's degree in a science or business-related field preferred.
• 5 years progressive work experience in the food manufacturing or sanitation industry. Multi-plant and remote QA/QC responsibility strongly preferred.
• Understanding of plant production systems, GMP, HACCP, sanitation, plant safety, quality systems and regulations.

Pay: From $80,000.00 per year

• QA/QC in Food Plant: 2 years (Preferred)
