Frandsen Bank & Trust is a growing community-oriented company looking for a full-time Customer Service Representative (CSR) to work at our Waterville Bank. This position works in a team environment to provide direct customer support. A high level of professional communication, attention to detail, and technical skills are required to provide quality service. A Customer Service Representative must meet customer expectations of receiving friendly, accurate, and efficient service.
Job Duties:
- Provide superior customer service by being professionally helpful, curious, and courageous.
- Process customer transactions accurately and proficiently on bank software programs.
- Maintain exceptional cash handling skills and accurate balancing.
- Diligently examine all transactions to prevent losses and deter fraudulent activity.
- Consistently make customer introductions to banking partners to grow relationships.
Required Skills:
- Successful Customer Service Experience
- Excellent Verbal and Written communication skills
- Working Computer Software Knowledge
- Attention to detail
Helpful Skills:
- Cash Handling Experience
Salary range based on experience is $16-20 per hour.
