Office Hours are Monday - Thursday (32-34 hours weekly).

The Dental Assistant should exhibit the following qualities

• On time

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Assist with performing assessments and treatment with the dentist
• Take diagnostic digital radiographs
• Chair-side assisting
• Provide post-operative instructions following procedures
• Proficient in proper PPE and sterilization procedures
• Understand all OSHA requirements for infection control procedures
• Helps patients feel comfortable and confident with their dental care
• Provides guidance and instruction to patients on the benefits of oral health
• Proven ability to follow outlined policies and guidelines
• Possess a professional and positive attitude
• Participates in training, staff meetings and occasional special events

Qualifications of Dental Assistant

• One year work experience
• Current CPR certification preferred
• High school diploma or general education degree (GED) required

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $19.00 - $23.00 per hour

Expected hours: 32 – 34 per week
