Responsibilities
- Handle data entry tasks accurately and efficiently, ensuring the correct input of archives management program items.
- Distribute outgoing and interoffice mail promptly and accurately.
- Conduct daily inspections of branches as required.
- Support the facilities department as needed, which may include tracking, locating and/or filing archive management storage boxes.
- Ensure all activities within assigned functional area of responsibility comply with State and Federal regulations.
- Utilize a variety of software tools including Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word to perform tasks.
- Use 10 Key skills for data entry and calculations.
- Respond to email correspondence promptly and professionally.
- Organize files and perform scanning tasks as necessary.
- Provide exceptional customer service, addressing inquiries and resolving issues in a timely manner.
