Job Description:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Packager to join our team. The Packager will be responsible for accurately and efficiently packaging cannabis products while adhering to all safety and compliance regulations. This role requires a keen eye for detail, a commitment to maintaining product quality, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

- Weigh, measure, and package cannabis products in accordance with company standards and procedures.

- Label and seal packages accurately, ensuring all products are properly identified and compliant with state regulations.

- Maintain a clean and organized work area, following all sanitation and safety protocols.

- Perform quality control checks to ensure products meet company specifications and regulatory requirements.

- Track and record product information, including weights, quantities, and batch numbers.

- Assist in inventory management, including restocking packaging materials and reporting discrepancies.

- Operate packaging equipment safely and efficiently.

- Follow all company policies, including those related to health and safety, security, and confidentiality.

- Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet daily production goals.

Qualifications:

- High school diploma or equivalent.

- Previous experience in a manufacturing, production, or packaging environment is preferred.

- Knowledge of cannabis products and industry regulations is a plus.

- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

- Strong communication skills.

- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks.

- Must be at least 21 years of age.

- Must have an Alaskan Marijuana Handler Card.

Working Conditions:

- This position requires the ability to stand, walk, and move about the facility for the majority of the workday.

- Must be able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.

- Work environment may include exposure to strong odors and varying temperatures.
