Job Overview - Child Care Aide (CNA)
Our client is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Child Care Aide (CNA) to join their expanding healthcare team in Washington, PA.
The CNA provides specialized early childhood care under the supervision of the Clinical Director, supporting the growth, learning, and health needs of infants and children.
Location : Washington, PA
Compensation : $17 / hour
Responsibilities as the Child Care Aide :
- Child Focus : Supervise and provide direct care to infants and children, implement daily activities, and communicate with parents.
- Integrity and Trust : Attend training, report concerns, maintain a clean and safe environment, and adhere to policies.
- Personal Learning : Stay updated on regulations, attend staff meetings, and actively seek feedback for improvement. Qualifications for the Child Care Aide :
- Education : High School Diploma or GED required.
- Experience : At least 2 years (2500 hours) of documented experience working with children. Qualified at the minimum DHA level of Assistant Group Supervisor.
- Skills : Excellent communication, organizational, and planning skills.
- Other Requirements : Clearances from Pennsylvania State Police, Child Abuse History, FBI, and National Sex Offender Registry.
