Job Title: Organizational Development Manager

General Duties and Experience:

  • Responsible for the management and coordination of branch, plant, or department operation strategies and activities.
  • Assist with the review, development, and implementation of organizational policies, practices, procedures, and attainment of operating goals.
  • Review, analyze, and prepare reports, records, and directives, and confer with managers/supervisors to obtain data required for planning activities.
  • Assign or delegate responsibility for specified work or functional activities and disseminate policies and objectives to supervisors/staff.
  • Organize resources to ensure effective production of goods and/or services, give work direction, resolve problems, prepare schedules, and set deadlines to ensure timely completion of work.
  • Ensure adequate training of staff and employee compliance with the organization's policies and practices.
  • Coordinate activities of the department with related activities of other departments to ensure efficiency and economy.
  • Monitor and analyze costs and prepare department budgets.

Experience:

  • 7 years' experience in operations management.

Education:

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field.

Additional Guidelines:

  • Certification in Change Management is required.
