As a Direct Support Professional, you will be responsible for:
- Assisting the amazing people we support with their daily living skills, routines, personal care, and activities as well as maintaining a safe and healthy environment
- Advocating for and enhancing the lives of the people we support
- Participating in community activities, appointments and other activities as needed
- Working independently and as a team to provide supports through positive approaches
- Participating in agency required trainings including Safety Care, CPR, and Medication Administration
- High School Diploma or GED
- Valid driver’s license and automobile insurance
- Safe driving record
- Access to personal vehicle to be used as directed and when needed for transport
