The Solana Doylestown is recruiting for a hospitality focused Move-In Coordinator to join our team! The Move-In Coordinator works in accordance with the established policies and procedures of the community and/or specific instruction from the Director of Marketing and Sales. The Move-In Coordinator performs all the necessary functions of ensuring a successful move-in of all future residents.

Here are a few of the daily responsibilities of a Move- In Coordinator:

  • Daily completion of tasks and activities in sales CRM system including phone calls, texts, emails and video messaging.
  • Handles inquiries to the community and conducts tours of the community as needed.
  • Serves as the primary contact with the future resident regarding move-in dates and all details surrounding the move-in.
  • Coordinates and participates in marketing events for prospective residents and their families as directed by the Director of Sales & Marketing.
  • Engages with referral partners through business development appointments and events as directed by the Director of Sales & Marketing.
  • In this position, you will have the opportunity to earn a monthly sales commission. 

Here are a few of the qualifications we would like you to have:

  • Minimum of an Associate’s Degree with an emphasis in sales/marketing (Bachelor’s degree preferred)
  • Minimum two years’ experience in marketing/sales
  • One year experience in senior housing, healthcare-related field or hospitality preferred
  • Proficiency in CRM systems, Microsoft Office and social media platforms
  • Must be highly organized and an effective written and oral communicator between all departments.
  • Schedule is Tuesday-Saturday
