Qualifications
- The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 3 years of proven experience utilizing BIM360, Revit and AutoCAD software.
- Multidiscipline coordinating experience with process mechanical systems, electrical systems, civil infrastructure systems and structural systems.
- Advance knowledge of Autodesk Revit and Autodesk AutoCAD application to produce construction documents including floor plans, sections, callouts, 3D views, and schedules, in a timely fashion.
- Production of construction documents: The BIM Coordinator works closely with the project teams to assist in the production of construction documents at various project submission levels.
- Exceptional customer service skills and the ability to exercise patience and empathy with users.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills and the ability to work effectively with all levels of staff.
- Strong time management skills and the ability to work on multiple projects.
- Set up new projects with appropriate BIM standards to meet the clients' standards.
- Utilize Revit and AutoCAD to generate drawings based on specific project requirements.
- Preparation of construction documents at multiple phases.
- Advise and provide technical assistance to team members relating to BIM.
- Ensure model and drawing quality control.
