Job Title: Network Cable Technician
Location: Warrendale, PA 15086
Start Time: 8am
Start Date: May 8th, 2024 or ASAP
Duration: 1.5 weeks (May 8th - May 17th) POSSIBLE EXTENSION
Scope:
- Pull Cat6 cables
- Install J-hooks
- Route cables to cubicles and furniture drops
- Terminate Cat6 cables
Responsibilities:
- Pulling and installing Cat6 cables according to specifications
- Properly installing J-hooks for cable management
- Routing cables neatly and efficiently to designated areas, including cubicles and furniture drops
- Terminating Cat6 cables accurately to ensure proper connectivity
Requirements:
- Experience in network cable installation and termination
- Familiarity with networking tools and equipment
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Attention to detail and adherence to safety protocols
- Strong communication skills
Tools/PPE:
- All necessary tools for cable installation and termination
- Hand tools, networking tools, power tools as required
- Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) as necessary for safety compliance
Job Type: Contract
Pay: $25.00 - $28.00 per hour
